Refund policy

At Car4You Wigan LTD, we take pride in offering reliable, well-presented vehicles to our customers. To give you peace of mind, we offer a guarantee on all vehicles sold — subject to the terms below.

30-Day Guarantee from Date of Purchase

All vehicles purchased from Car4You Wigan LTD come with a 30-day guarantee, valid from the date of purchase.

Under this guarantee, we will:

Diagnose and repair any mechanical issues or faults that arise,
except for:
 

- Clutch components
-  Timing chains or timing belts

We strongly recommend that purchasers inspect or confirm the condition of the clutch and timing belt/chain before making payment, as these are not covered under the guarantee.

 

What Happens If a Fault Arises?

If an eligible fault occurs within the 30-day period:

 1. We will attempt to repair the issue promptly and fairly.
 2. Only if the fault cannot be resolved, and at our discretion, we may offer a refund within the guarantee period.

After the 30 days have passed, the vehicle will no longer be covered by our in-house guarantee.

Optional Extended Warranty – Up to 12 Months

We may offer an optional extended third-party warranty (up to 12 months) via Warranty Assist – Gold Package.

 - This warranty must be arranged at the time of purchase
 - Eligibility and coverage will depend on the vehicle’s age, mileage, and condition
 - Full details and terms can be provided at the time of viewing
